For this month’s meeting, we’re pleased to welcome Sue Niezgoda, Ph.D., P.E., who is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Gonzaga University. Sue teaches a variety of Water Resources civil engineering courses, and is active in the ASCE Environmental and Water Resources Institute. Sue will be sharing her recent research work using beaver dam analogs to reduce downstream sediment loads on California Creek, a tributary of Hangman Creek.
